A deal didn’t work

Offers vary by location and some restaurants opt out. Tell us the chain, the deal and roughly where you were, and we’ll re-check it.

Missing your favourite chain?

Email us the name. New chains are added based on requests.

Reminders aren’t showing up

Reminders are only for deals you’ve saved. Check that notifications are on for DealCrave in your iPhone’s Settings, and that Ending soon or Deal days is switched on in the app under Profile → Notifications.

Moving to a new phone

DealCrave has no accounts, so saves stay on the phone they were made on. An iPhone restored from a backup keeps them.
